This document provides a brief overview of the SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers) standards for broadcast over IP networks. It also details the various impairments that can be used when testing for ST 2110-21, and proposes a test procedure to ensure the network system meets ST 2110-21 standards.
